As discussed during the dispatch call, a driver reported a suspicious black or gray SUV, possibly a Toyota, following and tailgating their gray Honda Accord while traveling westbound on 17th Avenue at Harper Street in Live Oak. The reporting party stated they did not know the other driver and were heading to the Capitola Police Department.
