Fire alarms and smoke reported at Aspen Dorm

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to Aspen Dorm near South Main Street in Livingston for two reported fire alarms, including a general alarm and apparent smoke in a first-floor dorm room. A second page was sent after limited initial responses from units.
