Person in cardiac arrest near North Elliott Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a reported cardiac arrest at a location on North Elliott Road near Laird and Campo roads. Medics and fire units arrived and it appears there may have been no patient to treat, and some units were canceled on scene.
