Officer tracks damaged vehicle, suspect detained

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers monitored a black Toyota minivan while it traveled through several streets and were not initially in pursuit. The vehicle, possibly connected to damage to a victim’s vehicle, was followed toward the Washington Street area, where one person was ultimately taken into custody near Washington and Tokay in Lodi.
