Couple reportedly smoking drugs at picnic tables

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a possible drug violation involving a couple smoking an unknown substance near the picnic tables at a gas station on South Main Street in Logan, Utah. The individuals were described by their clothing and hair but were not otherwise identified.
