Person threatening suicide at First Dam Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency and sheriff units were dispatched to a possible suicide attempt or psychiatric crisis at a park area off US 89 near Logan. Crews staged near the ranger station while communicating with a person reportedly sending concerning text messages through a crisis app.
