Prowler reported outside home on East 900 North

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers respond to a possible prowler reported near a residence on East 900 North in Logan after a caller saw a person, possibly a female in black pants, outside the home. A similar situation was reportedly seen in the same area about two weeks earlier.
