Man hitting head against wall in Logan home

As discussed during the dispatch call, a male subject was reportedly hitting his head against the wall at a residence near Eastridge Drive. There may be a mental health or domestic disturbance involved. Children were reported to be inside the home. There is no known protective order between involved individuals.
