Neighbor harassment over animal abuse complaint

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported harassment dispute near West 1010 South in Logan involving a juvenile neighbor and a family. The neighbor is accused of harassing their son after a complaint about possible animal abuse, and of confronting the daughter at her workplace.
