Person trying to get into parked vehicle

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a person in dark clothing with a flashlight who appeared to be trying to get into a vehicle near the intersection of (number withheld) East and (number withheld) North in Logan. The individual was reportedly seen a few minutes before officers were notified.
