Officers stop silver Ford after Logan area search

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were attempting to locate a red car and a silver car moving through the Logan area, including along 10th West and US 91, and they eventually stopped one vehicle near 2600 South. In a separate apparent incident near Logan Canyon by Rick Springs, large hay bales were reported blocking westbound lanes, with the owner on scene trying to clear the roadway.
