Person tries to force entry at Cache County apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a prowler report at an apartment near W 1600 N. A caller reported a suspected stalker walking around with a flashlight and trying to open/kick the apartment door. The caller said the same man (name withheld) had previously attempted to kill her and that there is an extensive history between them. The suspect was possibly identified as (name withheld) and was believed to have a Hyde Park address; he was previously stopped in March 2026 on a black motorcycle.
