No crash after report of vehicles on Highway 91

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop on Highway 91 near local auto dealerships after a possible vehicle incident was reported. A white GMC with Wyoming plates was pulled over, and it was later reported that the other vehicle was simply broken down, with no apparent accident or road rage involved.
