Woman yelling outside Aspen Court Apartments

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a woman screaming and yelling near an apartment complex and a nearby bus stop. The woman, described as an adult in casual clothing, was later seen walking back toward her apartment. The apartment manager was in contact with her and offered to speak with officers by phone.
