Dump truck losing rocks on road in Logan

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were advised to look for a westbound dump truck near (number withheld) North and (number withheld) West in Logan that was reportedly driving with an uncovered load and dropping rocks onto the roadway. The caller also reported the truck may be missing a mud flap and was not following the vehicle.
