Reckless gray Nissan swerving near 1600 North Main

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possibly impaired driver in a gray Nissan that was seen swerving and nearly hitting other vehicles, traveling southbound near North Main Street in Logan after starting in the Smithfield area near a local business.
