1131, 9 min out with a (number withheld) male patient was working in the yard, developed dizziness, just thought like his blood pressure was up, went inside and took it, and it was over 200 for him, so he called EMS.

First blood pressure they got was 222 over 106, it's still way over 200 at this point in time.
