Vehicle blocking traffic on I-70 overpass in Loma

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a white Tesla stopped on the I-70 overpass at Highway 139 and 13 Road in Loma, possibly blocking traffic. Three to four people were reportedly with the vehicle, and the reporting party who first stopped to check on them had already left the area when units were sent.
