Person fell off horse and has breathing difficulty

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched code 3 to a location near Saddle Ring Court in Loma for a reported 18-year-old female who fell from a horse and had apparent breathing problems but was conscious and alert with head pain when responders were updated. Radio traffic also mentioned a possible verbal disturbance at a residence on East Parkview Drive involving family members and loud arguing that may have become physical.
