Suspicious persons reported near homeless camp

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of suspicious persons near a homeless camp by the railroad tracks across from an apartment complex on Oak Ridge Trail in Loma Rica. Deputies checked the individuals and confirmed they were clear in local and national records, aside from a noted hazard warning for one subject.
