It was a priority 15150. The CP was advised by an Amazon driver. Subject in Unit 206 was making a threat to shoot him. I'm sure if there was an actual 417[1] in his possession. The subject is diagnosed bipolar and schizo and is in the apartment by himself. We got a second caller advising he is in the alley off of Windsor Place. No white or real Hispanic in his 30s gray shirt yelling for an hour that he's going to kill himself.
