Smoke from malfunctioning water heater in basement

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a call about heavy smoke coming from a water heater in a basement at a building on First Street South in Long Prairie. Fire units were sent to the scene, and responders later reported the situation appeared to be under control and asked the fire department to slow their response.
