Driver speeds away from parking lot on 30th Avenue

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible traffic incident after a driver reportedly peeled out of a parking lot and headed northbound on 30th Avenue in Longview. An officer checked the surrounding area, but the vehicle appeared to have already left.
