As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch issued a be-on-the-lookout for a gray 2018 Honda Accord that reportedly left a residence near Tudor Way in Loomis about 15 minutes earlier. The driver is suspected of driving under the influence of controlled substances and may be heading toward Carriage Lane and Auburn.
