Unresponsive woman reported with heart issues in Lorain

As discussed during the dispatch call, a possible medical emergency involving an unresponsive female was reported near West 13th Street in Lorain. Police and responders had negative contact, and a family member on scene said she had prior heart complaints. No ambulance was dispatched by Life Care.
