Traffic stop linked to Norfolk Avenue residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a possible traffic stop involving a driver believed to live near Norfolk Avenue in Lorain. Radio traffic referenced the driver’s consular identification card and questions about the vehicle’s registered owner as the vehicle traveled on Lorain near Barton and then apparently headed back toward the residence.
