Person threatens to jump from bridge at Occoquan Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report from a parent that their adult son had argued with his girlfriend and was texting about jumping from a bridge at Occoquan Regional Park near Ox Road. The parent reported that the son then stopped answering his phone and planned to wait at the park in a black Ford Explorer.
