Vehicle with flat tires on Highway 4 near mile 66

As discussed during the dispatch call, an officer checked on a white Nissan with apparent flat tires on Highway 4 near mile marker 66 in the Los Alamos area. The vehicle was initially reported as possibly on fire, but no fire assistance was needed.
