Battery reported near Union Station sidewalk

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched code 2 to a reported battery on the sidewalk near Union Station by Alameda Street in downtown Los Angeles, involving a transient man as the suspected aggressor and an adult woman as the apparent victim.
