E-bike riders reported speeding without helmets

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a reckless riding complaint at a mobile home park on Woodville Pike, where males on e-bikes were reportedly racing through the roadway without helmets. The males were later reported to be walking away and were last seen heading toward Williams Drive.
