BOLO issued for man seen running with young child near Western Ave in Lovelock

As discussed during the dispatch call, a be-on-the-lookout alert was issued for a man (name withheld) who reportedly ran from a detective near Western Ave in Lovelock. He was last seen wearing a black tank top and black shorts, accompanied by a small juvenile child, and was last seen heading south. Units were asked to check the area.
