Suspicious vehicle reportedly using drone near Candace Dr residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a harassment/suspicious activity report near Candace Dr where a black sedan was reportedly parked near a home and a drone was used to watch/follow children and observe behind the residence.
