Person with shortness of breath and numbness at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical units were dispatched to a home near Linda Ann Avenue and Margaret Street in North Cape May for a possible respiratory emergency involving a patient with shortness of breath and reported numbness in the toes and shoulders. The call was upgraded to advanced life support and a medic unit responded.
