Man fell on second-floor balcony, possibly broke back

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews responded to a report of a 34-year-old man who apparently fell from or on a second-floor balcony at a residential complex near North Hickory Street in Loxley. The man was conscious and breathing but reported severe back pain, had some bleeding, and was reportedly irate and possibly intoxicated. Responders were advised to stage while local police were notified, and the patient was said to be associated with a second-floor room at the location.
