Man in 50s found conscious near tractor at school

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS and law enforcement responded to a medical emergency involving a male in his 50s outside near a tractor behind Springfield Middle School on Wiggins Mill Road. The male was conscious, breathing, and moving.
