Loose horse creates traffic hazard on county road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a loose horse near a winery off County Road G that was creating a possible traffic hazard. The caller moved the horse out of the roadway before contacting authorities, and attempts were made to locate the owner through nearby farms.
