Elderly woman with chest pain at Roosevelt St

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical units responded near Roosevelt Street in Lumberport for an apparent cardiac issue involving an adult woman with chest pain radiating into her back and a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes. She had reportedly taken aspirin and nitroglycerin before responders arrived. A separate call reported possible structural flooding near a conference center in Bridgeport.
