Possible intoxicated driver at refinery parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers reported a possible intoxicated man standing by a blue pickup in a refinery parking lot near South Main Street in Lumberton. Deputies were sent to check on the situation and contacted a person at the refinery.
