Low-hanging wire hazard at Walnut and Carpenter

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible low-hanging wire hazard at the intersection of Walnut Street and Carpenter Street, with concern that an approaching tractor trailer might strike the wire. A chief arrived on scene, and additional tow units were asked to stand by unless needed.
