Vehicle struck with cane on West First Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of an apparent vandalism incident near West 1st Street in Lyman, where a person allegedly struck the reporting party’s vehicle with a walking cane. The person with the cane reportedly stayed at the scene next to a blue Chevrolet, and a third person in a silver Volkswagen Bug was described as a witness.
