Small outside fire at construction lot extinguished

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a reported outside fire near Virginia Avenue by a construction lot. Units found a small fire involving a mop handle between a fence and a commercial building. A resident had already used a hose to put water on it, and the fire was reported under control.
