Non-injury hit-and-run on northbound I-5 in Everett

As discussed during the dispatch call, troopers responded to a reported non-injury hit-and-run collision on northbound I-5 near 44th Avenue W in the Everett area. The suspect vehicle was described as a green Honda sedan, possibly an Accord or Civic, driven by a white male with short dark hair. The vehicle reportedly drove on the shoulder, nearly hit another vehicle while merging, and was later followed toward an exit area.
