Rubbish fire at King and Long Beach boulevards

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to reports of smoke near the intersection of King Boulevard and Long Beach Boulevard. Engine 14 arrived and determined it was a small outside rubbish fire that they could handle.
