Abandoned vehicle and search near E 2nd St in Oswego

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers in Oswego pursued a vehicle to the end of East 2nd Street, where it was found black in color, unoccupied, with both doors open and a shoe on the ground outside the driver’s door. Police set a perimeter toward the nearby fort and lake and requested a drone to check the area. A male was later stopped on a nearby baseball field as a possible involved person.
