Report of drug use in parked car at Walmart

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a suspicious blue Ford Mustang at a Walmart parking lot near Macedonia Commons. A caller said a white female driver and Black passengers were inside the car, possibly smoking marijuana and using other substances. The vehicle reportedly left toward State Route 82, and an officer later followed a similar Mustang onto I-271 northbound.
