Suspicious vehicle reported at Macedonia Walmart

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at a Walmart parking lot. A blue Mustang with tinted windows was reportedly occupied by people who appeared to be smoking marijuana and possibly using other substances. The vehicle was later seen leaving the shopping area toward Route 82 with an out-of-state license plate.
