Reckless tractor-trailer nearly hits oncoming traffic

As discussed during the dispatch call, troopers received reports of a southbound tractor-trailer driving recklessly on US 63 from Moberly and nearly striking oncoming traffic near US 24 in Madison. The truck was described as a blue flatbed cab hauling a tarp-covered load.
