Elevator check at apartment building

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to an apartment complex on North Franklin Street for a possible elevator problem. A property manager reported that the elevators were not working and requested that responders check to make sure no one was trapped inside. The call appears to be a non-emergency service request to confirm that the elevators are clear.
