Juveniles firing gel blasters on roof of red house

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent near Kent Street and West 4th Street for a report of several juveniles on the roof of a red house on the corner, possibly shooting each other with gel blaster toy guns. They reportedly do not live at that house.
