Driver arrested after traffic stop at 7th and Kent

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop near Kent Street and West 7th Street on a black pickup truck with no license plates or registration. The driver reportedly had a suspended license, the vehicle was towed, and the driver was transported to jail. A second vehicle linked to the driver was also set to be towed.
